Shawlands Bowling Club has submitted plans to install a mobile phone mast.
The site is inappropriate because it is adjacent to two local schools. The mobile phone mast will also be visually detrimental to the area as it will be sited close to the public footway.
Shawlands Primary Parent Council has objected to this proposal and David shares their concerns.
